Warranties
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Information regarding the legal conformity warranty for products purchased on the Site, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/771 and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, as amended by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021.
1. Legal conformity warranty
All products offered on the Site are covered by the legal conformity warranty. The seller's liability period for any lack of conformity is:
- 3 years for new products, calculated from the date of delivery.
- 2 years for second-hand products, calculated from the date of delivery.
2. Presumption of lack of conformity
It is presumed that the lack of conformity already existed at the time of delivery if it manifests within 2 years thereafter. It is the seller's responsibility to prove otherwise.
3. What the warranty covers
The warranty covers defects in origin, manufacturing, or functionality that cause the product not to comply with the agreed terms, for example:
- If it does not correspond to the description or model offered.
- If it is not suitable for the usual uses of a product of its type.
- If it presents material or finishing defects attributable to its origin.
4. What the warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from improper use, impacts, humidity, or non-recommended environmental conditions.
- Incorrect handling, cleaning, or preservation of the product.
5. How to exercise the warranty
If your product presents a lack of conformity, please contact us at [contact email] providing your name, order details, a description of the problem, and, if possible, photographs.
Once the lack of conformity is verified, you may choose between the repair or replacement of the product, unless one of these two options proves impossible or disproportionate. If repair or replacement is not possible, you may request a price reduction or contract termination with a refund of the amount paid.
Repair and replacement are free of charge for the consumer, and the necessary expenses incurred for these purposes will be covered.
6. Commercial warranty
In addition to the legal warranty, some products may include an additional commercial warranty offered by the seller or the manufacturer. Its conditions and duration, where applicable, will be indicated in the product information. The commercial warranty does not limit or replace the rights granted to the consumer by law.
7. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the solution offered, you may request official complaint forms or turn to Consumer Arbitration Boards or the competent consumer services. For any queries, you may write to [contact email].
